"Strathberry fan"
Have been a fan of Strathberry for many years and will continue to be for years to come.
The bags are simply gorgeous. So beautifully made. I have ordered three in the last year and can’t wait to order more! The customer service team is one of the best as well, responding promptly, with personal touches. Great company-great products!

"Be careful! Very expensive returns service!"
I bought a bag in their sale. When the bag arrived I could see that the finish of the leather was not how I expected. I began their return process. It is very old fashioned and certainly not customer focused nor is it inline with what an online retailer should be doing. It has cost me £10.65!!!

Firstly, you have to email Strathberry to request the return. This in itself although easy enough is quite bizarre now days. I was emailed back promptly with instructions to return the bag using a tracked and signed service - and in order to do this, I have had to use a service which covers the value of the bag incase it goes missing - it has cost me £10.65. Although not the point it should be noted that I am returning the product because it looks slightly different in person than it did in the picture - even if this was not so, I still think the company should be helping to make returns cheaper, if not free.

Strathberry are unusual not offering free returns for online customers. If they do not wish to do this why are they not at least providing a cheaper returns service (which I am sure they could arrange as a business)? The retailers that they seem to align themselves with all (in my experience) offer free returns - several of which offer a free collection service too. Not impressed at all!

"Bought a purse edges badly cracked"
Bought a purse, used for a few weeks, looked after. The plastic edges then started to break off. Awful quality. Pls have to return via fed ex. Most inconvenient

"Great customer service"
I purchased a bag just before the Black Friday sale and when it arrived it was bubbling on the side. I reached out to their customer support who were absolutely fantastic at resolving the issue. They arranged for a new bag to be sent out and the damaged one to be returned. The bag was even more discounted during Black Friday so they refunded me the difference! Chelsea was friendly, sympathetic and a great problem solver. Thank you for the help and I love my new bag.

Edit: just saw the review below mine about fedex being an issue. I did not need to create an account to arrange a return. I organised a collection through the Fedex website with the tracking number given by Chelsea. Fedex did miss the first collection but I called them up and someone came and collected it within 4 hours. No issues for me with the return.

"Worst experience with a luxury brand!"
Probably the worst experience I've had with a luxury brand in terms of the quality of the product and ease of returning the item. I ordered a black East West bag and it arrived marked, scuffed, dented and with lipstick marks on the inside. Someone had obviously used it and returned it. They use FedEx for their deliveries and it is impossible to arrange a collection without registering an account. If you phone up they refer you to the website and Strathberry will not arrange a collection if asked. Will never buy from Strathberry again and would not recommend anyone else to.

"Absolutely delighted"
Am absolutely delighted with my first Strathberry bag!

Got in touch with the customer service team for a quick cross-check on sizing, before making my purchase and got a really helpful response. Arrived quicker than I had expected (especially within Black Friday sales) and could not be happier with the service and quality - love love love my new Tote :)

"I love the products they produce but…read the fine print before you buy it"
I love the products they produce but you should know before you buy online you have to pay for shipping for a return especially when it did not look the same in person like it did on their website.

They do have it in writing but most people ..women..are focused on the right handbag, color, style thinking because Kate Middleton buys their handbags that the company is good.
They refunded my money for the product but not the $245 to send it back.
This is an excelent company, with excellent customer service it is just this policy you need to keep an eye on just so you know.
I am still buying my beautiful handbags and love them since I now know how it all works I email them before I press the purchase button.

"Exquisite Designs, Excellent Customer Care"
Elegant designs and excellent customer service. I never follow brands just because a "Celebrity" or a member of a "Royal Household" wears or uses a product.
I have the ability to understand quality, beauty and workmanship without the need for endorsements...I am also a titled lady in my own right...I set my own standards.
Exquisite brand.

"NO more strathberry- racism from customer service"
I send them a couple emails to ask about customs but they answered dismissively after knowing that I am from SEA. I find that very judgemental. I received the parcel without a thank you note, no card claiming authenticity, no care card, nothing. I got the bag which come in leather that is hardened and a defect in the clasp. Was not a good experience. This brand seems to only favour white people and look down on people from SEA. Shame!

"Strathberry is just perfect"
Strathberry is just perfect. I had order with discount and there were some problems in the system, I contacted Strathberry via phone, instagram and email. The customer service people are just wonderful, they checked all the details, sent me all information at the same day. Marvelous work by the team of Strathberry. Also people in customers service are super friendly and willing to help You no matter what. The bag arrived one day later but it was FedEx Poland problem, not Strathberry, just in case, You will need to pay additional fee for import tax.
Anyways, I am super grateful of the Strathberry company, their designed bags and customers service. People there are always friendly, positive and giving You all the details that You need.
