"Good-looking bag, but the strap kind of ruins it"
I really like how this bag looks, and it does feel like it’s made well. But i kind of blame the strap for making it annoying on longer days. It’s not very soft, and once I load the bag up a bit, it starts digging into my shoulder. For quick errands or short trips, it’s totally fine. But for a full workday, not so much.

"Great bags, but wow, the restocks are frustrating"
I really do like these bags a lot, they look great and the quality seems solid. But trying to actually buy one is such a hassle. Restocks take forever, and then somehow everything sells out almost immediately. It’s exciting for like two seconds and then just annoying.

"Still holding up really well"
Got my Strathberry bag last year and I’ve ended up using it a lot more than I thought I would. It’s been on trains, to work, out to dinners, pretty much everywhere, and it still looks really good. The leather’s softened a little, but in a nice way. Corners are fine, and the bar closure still works as it should. No real complaints from me, definitely feels worth it...

"Looked great at first"
I liked the shape right away and thought, oh nice, this is cute. But once I actually felt the leather, I was kind of disappointed. It feels thinner than I expected and not super sturdy, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up.

"Really smart layout inside"
I bought a strathberry bag recently, and the inside layout is what I like most. There’s enough room for your stuff, but it doesn’t turn into one big messy black hole. The pockets are actually useful too, like for keys, a card holder, and little things you’d normally end up digging around for. It looks really polished on the outside, but it’s also just easy to use day to day.

"Nice box, but felt a little overdone"
The packaging looked nice when it showed up, and the box itself seemed sturdy. I usually assume if the outside looks that polished, the inside is going to follow the same pattern, and for the most part everything was wrapped neatly enough. Nothing was damaged, so that was a plus.
That said, for the price, I kind of expected it to feel a bit more special. Some of the tissue paper was wrinkled, and the ribbon looked like it had been tied in a hurry. Overall it was nice, just not quite as impressive as I was expecting

"Really happy with my Strathberry order"
I’m really happy with my order from Strathberry. I was a little unsure about the colour when looking at it online, but it arrived looking pretty much exactly like the photos. No strange difference in shade at all, which I really appreciated. The whole ordering process was easy too, so I’d definitely feel comfortable buying from them again.

"Feels like a good buy, honestly"
I really like that strathberry seems to put thought into quality instead of just churning out fast-fashion stuff. My bag arrived looking beautiful and it genuinely feels like it’s built to last. It’s nice buying from a brand that seems to have better values too. I mean, it’s just a bag at the end of the day, but also I’m weirdly proud of choosing this one.

I ordered a bag from strathberry.com it looks legit and came packaged really nicely. Shipping was fine, not the fastest but nothing too bad. I do trust the site overall, but customer service took a little while to get back to me, which made me second-guess things for a bit. Am I missing something, or is that just normal? Overall I’m happy with the bag, I just wish the whole process felt a bit smoother.

I bought a bag from Strathberry i’m happy with it. The leather feels really nice, the stitching seems solid, and the whole thing arrived packed properly and all that. It’s definitely not cheap, but for the quality and how it looks in person, I feel good about what I paid.

I got my Strathberry bag last week and, the closure works really well. I was a bit worried it was going to be fiddly because that would’ve been enough to make me return it and look elsewhere, but it’s been super easy for everyday use. It feels secure without being annoying to open, which is exactly what I wanted
